SoftRight: Our Blog

SoftRight’s annual fall conference was an overwhelming success. Close to 100 users attended the event at the Devens Common Center in Devens, MA. The meeting gave us a chance to talk about our achievements over the past year as well as the goals we will work towards over the upcoming months.  We also had multiple breakout training sessions covering various topics within each software module.

The 2010 annual customer satisfaction survey is in the books!  We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to the survey as more than 60 clients and 120 individuals participated.  A special thank you goes out to all that responded.  SoftRight will review the results and implement the initiatives based on the feedback from our clients.  Again, thank you for taking the time to share your opinions, the information received is extremely important.

SoftRight is excited to announce the upcoming schedule for user training meetings.  The trainings will span across all of our software offerings and will be hosted at SoftRight as well as other locations throughout Massachusetts.  An email communication will follow this announcement with additional details.  We are committed to providing unmatched customer support and look forward to the upcoming meetings.

SoftRight’s annual fall conference was an overwhelming success.  Over 90 users attended the event at the Devens Common Center in Devens, MA.  Based on feedback from our clients, we changed the layout from a meeting to a training format.  We had multiple breakout training sessions covering various topics within each software module.

The user training conference was a great success and everyone agreed that we should continue with the new format for future conferences.  Thanks to everyone who attended.

SoftRight recently held two end of year training sessions at our offices in Westford.  Topics included purchase orders, closing control accounts to fund balance and budget appropriations.

Based on feedback from our clients, the training was a big success. Thanks to everyone who attended.  SoftRight plans to host additional trainings throughout the year as part of our customer support initiative.

Thanks for checking out our blog. Lots to talk about today, as SoftRight has recently held our spring user conference, our offices moved a few months ago and we have lots of new clients currently implementing.

The user conference was a great success. Thanks to everyone who attended. Those who were there saw presentations centered around SoftRight’s support philosophy and IT services offerings. It seemed a good time was had by all.

As previously mentioned, SoftRight has moved. We’re all settled in now and hope all of our clients can make the trip to Westford to see our new space.

Lastly, we’d like to welcome all of our new clients. Each implementation is moving along successfully.
